Before Launching Your Lesson (START HERE)
Here’s what you need to know before connecting…
Download the App for Your Device(s)
The Mooz app is available for Windows or Mac computers, and iOS or Android mobile devices.
Larger device screens are always preferred.
Connect to Your Lesson
Instructions for connecting to a lesson on any device.
Before Launching Your Lesson
Check your internet speed. The minimum required speed for online lessons is 2 Mbps (or 2000 Kbps) for both upload and download speeds
Check your device battery. Make sure your battery is charged to at least 50% and PLUGGED IN!
Online lessons eat batteries for breakfast :) You’ll be surprised by how quickly your device will drain. Most devices will not operate well if your have less than 15% power and will start shutting down processes to conserve.
Silence your notifications! Turn on DO NOT DISTURB or FOCUS MODE on your device to prevent disruptions during the lesson.
More Tips:
Log in with ONE DEVICE ONLY (this app only supports 1 student at a time)
DO NOT log in any earlier than 10 minutes ahead of schedule. You may be placed in a waiting room temporarily before joining.

How to Connect to Your Lesson
You can launch the Mooz app from any device by clicking on a link below
Depending on your device, you may be also prompted to allow Mooz access to your microphone and camera.
Enter your name and select “Save” to enter the waiting room.
Once your teacher is available, you can select “Join the lesson”
You’ll be prompted to wait for your teacher to allow you into the room.
Once your teacher allows you into the room, the app will launch fully, showing the camera view of both your teacher and yourself.
Follow any prompts to configure your microphone and speakers.
