Virtual Bingo
What is it? How does it differ from normal bingo? And how can I play?

Let’s start with the basics… Normal Bingo is a hybrid of a lottery and a more complex version of “tic-tac-toe,” where players try to fill five consecutive squares across a grid, up or down, or diagonal.
Typically, there is a “caller” who calls numbers or the position of any the squares. To do this “virtually” only requires that players have a “card” delivered to them ahead of time and that the “caller” has some way to communicate with the players. HOW TO PLAY
Our version of Bingo will be a little different because…
I won’t be doing any actual “calling”!😨
Instead, your card will be filled with squares that represent things that will [probably] happen during the live stream. For instance, if you hear someone play a particular song you can find and mark a square that matches that song title.
To make things a little more difficult, some squares have lyrics from a song rather than a song title.
There will also be special squares that can only be filled if you notice something particular occur on screen, like me taking a sip of coffee, or some element in a student’s video.
HOW TO WIN
You will need to type the word “BINGO!” in the chat once you have completed five consecutive squares. There are a limited number of prizes (see below). If more than one person gets BINGO (or Borders or Blackout), the prize will be awarded to the first person to actually announce themselves in the chat.
If you marked your card using the online version (see below), I will be able to quickly check and verify your win. However, if you printed your card and marked it manually, I will need you to text me a quick snapshot of the completed card for verification.
How to Get Your Score Card
Any potential player will first need to access the game at the link below.
After entering your name, you can create a new card. The game will shuffle all of the squares on the grid and generate a unique card for each member of your family if you like.

Two Ways to Play
The card can be marked online from any device, or…
you can print your card and mark it by hand.
ONLINE: If you are going to mark your card online, save the URL address as a bookmark, just in case the page closes inadvertently or you need to access from a different device.
PRINT: To print the card, look for the 3 stripes in the bottom right corner of the screen to open the options menu. Then select “Print.” You can also access this menu at any time to clear your card or generate a new one.
